RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Anthrolis, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which we accept exchanges.
- Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only possible in cases where items are damaged during shipping. No returns or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Reporting Damages: Customers must email our customer support team at info@anthrolis.in within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. The email must include a detailed description of the damage and photo or video proof clearly showing the damage to the item.
- Exchange Process: Upon receiving your email, our customer service team will review the provided proof and schedule a pickup for the damaged item. Once the damaged item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you within 7 days, or a refund provided, as preferred by the customer.
- Conditions Not Covered for Exchange: Exchanges will not be provided for items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper care, or general wear and tear.
